Commissioning Procedures

Our team of experienced commissioning engineers are available to work alongside clients engineering teams to define and develop comprehensive commissioning procedures and site implementation strategies. Utilising our own format or adopting our clients systems we are able to agree system limits of work and produce cost effective procedures tailored to suit. We have an extensive portfolio of experienced C&I field engineers whom are readily available to assist in both short and long term global assignments.

Completions Management

Working within the clients chosen completions systems our commissioning engineers ensure that all the work undertaken at site is recorded and closed out in the correct manner. Our commissioning team understand the importance of auditable systems and work efficifiently with operations to ensure an expedient handover of work.

Live ICSS Changeovers

Developed over many years through experience and application our team of commissioning engineers can design commissioning strategies for the live changeover of all types of Integrated Control & Safety Systems. Our detailed cutover procedures ensure all risks are identified and mitigation measures in place prior to any live loop changeovers. Investment during the development stages of system changeovers ensures plant shutdowns are kept to a minimum and thus resulting in significant cost savings for our clients.

3rd Party Vendor Coordination

The management of multiple 3rd party vendors can be a time consuming part of any commissioning project. Allow our commissioning team to take control of the scheduling, method statement approval, site compliance and quality assurance management of all your C&I sub contract vendors.
